Embrace your wedding nightmare with this whimsical centerpiece. Attach prism teardrops to umbrellas over roses. Give the “rain” away as favors, gift umbrellas to bridesmaids. Created by Amorology Weddings, via Victoria With Roses.
Wedding trend alert: prisms. For example, the Flowers by Topaz or Ariston Florist table from Wedding Salon. Real wedding via Stephanie Williams, name cards from The Knot, earrings on Etsy, photo backgrounds or crystal trees.

Heart Shaped World terrarium from Flora Grubb ($20) as seen on Martha’s The Bride’s Guide. The tillandsia (air plant) and lichens only need an occasional mist of water. Dangle from trees, use as a centerpiece – then give to your bridal party. They have a succulent version too.

Poppies won’t put them to sleep. The good folks at Once Wed are asking – why don’t we see more poppies? Agreed, this textured flower would be a delight for brides looking to set a colorful vintage mood. See more photos.
DIY budget tip: poppies grow easily from seed packets. Grow your own for the big day, then enjoy year after year – poppies reseed easily. Call your town hall first, some areas don’t allow poppies because the plant is source of opium.
